Scope
This Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you use Fentra and any support channels that link to this Policy.
Data we collect
We collect only the information listed below. We do not collect analytics, diagnostics, advertising identifiers, or location data.

We do not collect identifiers (e.g., device IDs), financial info, usage analytics, crash logs, precise location, contacts, photos, or other sensitive categories. No ads and no cross-app tracking.
How we collect data
- Directly from you: when you create an account or contact support.
- From service providers: limited technical processing as needed to deliver authentication and hosting (no advertising SDKs).
How we use data
- Provide core app functionality (account creation and login).
- Respond to support inquiries and communicate important updates (e.g., changes to this Policy).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and least-privilege access. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password and keep your device updated.
Children
Fentra is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
International transfers
We and our providers may process data in countries other than yours (currently including the United States). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Your rights & choices
- Access / update: You can view and edit profile information in the app.
- Delete account & data: In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account to request deletion. We will delete your account and associated data unless we must retain certain records for legal reasons (e.g., fraud prevention, regulatory compliance). You may also email us at fentrasv@gmail.com.
- Region-specific rights: Depending on your location (e.g., EEA/UK, California), you may have additional rights such as data portability or the right to object. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Do Not Track & tracking
Fentra does not engage in cross-app tracking and does not include third-party advertising SDKs. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Effective date.” If changes are material, we may also notify you in-app or by email.
